A quilt for my son..... Love you Mati..

finally finished..... my fingers hurt but it was worth it... love it.

 

An apron for a friend, she left for Madrid, she likes cooking.

Another apron, wonder who's gonna get it..... 

3 cushions.... from 3 left over blogs.... now I need to finish the quilt... but my fingers hurt.. wonder when I'll ever be able to finish it!!!

This was a X-mas gift for my friend in Iowa, a "pakkekalender" as we call them in Denmark........ each of the stockings have space for a little something, one for each day from 1st of Dec. till the 24th..... and if the gift should be too big ( nice! ) then there is a ring sewn on each stocking so that you can tie it to it instead!!! -I mean : just in case!!!!

And this is a wooden box with 2 nice bottles of wine in. It was a gift for a wedding.

Gifts for the teachers........

My son painted these bags for his teachers, as a thank you for teaching me this year.......

Next project............

My next project will be..... a nice warm "coat" for my sewing machine. When I told someone I wanted to make a landscape, because of the colors, blue and green, she told me about hers, a house.....

In the beginning I thought... No way a house, it wont fit the colors of my livingroom.... but after a while I startet thinking of my grandparents summer house...... a house from 1860... I spent so many lovely hours there when I was a child....... what better house to make a replica of??? Then I could have my own little summer house here.....

The photo on the top of the page is not an old one, but this is how I remember it.

But let me see when I get startet, i stille need to find some fabrics the right colors.... make a drawing.... and start sewing... you'll see more sometime in the future!!!!
